We do our best to stay on top of stock status of products. From time to time we may sell out of an item listed in our physical location before we have a chance to remove it from our website. When you place your order your account is not charged until we confirm your items are in stock. You will be notified by email if any item is out of stock and your billed amount will be adjusted.
Please allow up to 48 hours to process you order. Most likely we will be able to process and ship your order within 24 hours.

That pesky border complicates things, but small items, under 4 pounds, less than $400 value, can ship pretty economically to the Great North.
For light items (up to 1 pound) $14; 2 pounds, $18; 3 pounds, $22; 4 pounds, $36.
It works best if you have a PayPal account. Email us with your selections from the website. We will need your mailing address, because these shipments go via US Postal Service. When the details are ironed out, send payment via PayPal to our account and we'll boot that box out the door to you.

Some Restrictions Apply:
We may not ship anything flammable or explosive, such as (but not limited to) base cleaner, liquid waxes like F4 or FX, spray binder or other aerosol-propelled substances (waxes or cleaners). Any weird tariffs that turn out to apply to specific products will be the responsibility of the customer. Government regulations are a wondrous thing. We will let you know promptly of any hitches so you may work with us to get through them or cancel the order.

International Shipping Return Policy
Nordic Skier Sports is not responsible for goods once we have received a Proof of Delivery from the Bongo Warehouse Distribution Center. Any international returns will be coordinated through Customer Service at Bongo International.
International Shipping Damage Policy
Damaged goods will be shipped to the Bongo warehouse. Customers will be responsible for shipping the replacement goods through Bongo’s service. Nordic Skier Sports is not responsible for the international transportation of your goods.
Manufacturer warranties may be void if goods are shipped internationally.
If you need to return an item for whatever reason please email us with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions and a Return Authorization number. Please review our returns policy below.
We will accept returns within 30 days of the original order receipt date. The items must be in their original packaging and in new and un-used condition along with all paperwork, tags, parts, and accessories. Clothing items must have all original tags attached and be unworn.
Shipping costs are not refunded. We will refund the shipping cost of the order if the return is a result of an error on our part.
A restocking fee may be charged. Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance. Refund can only be issued to the card used for the purchase. Otherwise non-refundable merchandise credit will be issued. No refund will be issued until the item is received and checked for acceptable condition.
Please include with your return a copy of the original invoice. Please write the word "Return" on the invoice.
Nordic Skier Sports, Inc. reserves the right to refuse a return if any of the above criteria are not met.
